With that in mind, our rates and turnaround therefore vary on a project-to-project basis, depending on a number of factors such as background noise, amount of speakers, accents, and whether or not the work is to be verbatim. Post production scripts are also generally more labour intensive than transcripts, however due to our strong history and proficiency with these scripts, we have proudly established ourselves as one of the fastest and detailed post production script services available.

A. You can contact us directly via email, or via our online form. We will respond to your email within 24 hours, opening a line of communication where we can discuss project needs and outcomes, and provide an initial estimate of fees and turnaround. Your files can then be delivered in a variety of ways, as we are happy to accommodate our clients for utmost convenience and efficiency. In the past we have utilized digital uploads, which can be done via private web links, or through external platforms such as Dropbox, Hightail, or WeTransfer. We are also happy to receive the files on disc, or any other method of delivery that is most convenient for you. We are readily available and contactable across all hours of the week, as we are committed to exceeding expectations, reliable delivery of work, and accuracy of transcriptions.
